Neuro Training Kinesiology

What is Neuro-Training Kinesiology?

Muscle testing (applying light pressure to muscles) and observing the response is used by Neuro-Trainers. In layman’s terms this is effectively asking your body a question and using the response of your own muscles to determine the answers. Muscles will unlock with stressors and challenges that are happening within the neurology. Our nervous system influences how we respond emotionally, psychologically and physically to the internal and external world of stressors. We can adapt appropriately or inappropriately.

When inappropriate adaptation is detected Neuro-Training uses techniques to assist the nervous system to adapt beyond stressors and challenges, creating new neural pathways and options. Solutions to symptoms and issues are created so we can move beyond the challenges.

Neuro-Training is a modality that is suitable for any age (children, teenagers, adults to the elderly) who wishes to improve their overall feeling of health and well being, alleviate stress and overcome their physical challenges.
